The ARSTM comprises three maritime colleges as follows :

-          The Higher School of Navigation (Ecole Supérieure de Navigation-E.S.N.) that offers courses for :

·         Senior Deck and Engine scagoing Officers

·         Radio Officers

·         Industrial maintenance Engineers in any area (Thermal Engines

     Electrotechnology-Telecommunication etc.)

-          The Centre of Maritime Education and Training (College

d’Enseignement et d’Apprentissage Maritime-CEAM) that offers courses

for :

·         Junior Deck and Engine Sea going Officers

·         Junior Fisheries Skippers

·         Crew of any qualification (Merchant and Fishing Fleet)

-          The Higher School of Maritime Transport (Ecole Supérieure des Transports

Maritimes) that offers courses for shore-based personnel in :

·         Maritime Transport (Forwarding Agents-Consignees-Stevedores)

·         Multimodal Transport (Transport in general technical advisor)

·         International Trade

·         Senior technical personnel (Trading agents)

All the courses have been developed under the supervision of International Maritime Organisation and United Nations Conferences on Trade and Development experts.
